Charleston beats national projections of where home prices are headed in 2012!
Three independent non profits who study real estate trends have recently upwardly revised their predictions of where home prices are headed in the future. How does the Charleston region compare to nationwide? We are up 5.5% in average sales price in 2012, according to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
